Due to the instant access nature of digital downloads, we operate the following refund policy:

1. No Automatic Refunds

Once a digital product has been:

Purchased

And access has been granted

We do not offer automatic refunds, as the product is immediately available to download and use.

This follows UK consumer law exemptions for digital content once access has begun.

2. Exceptions

We will offer a refund only if:

You were charged in error

You experienced a genuine technical fault that prevented access

The product was not delivered and we were unable to fix the issue

Each case will be reviewed individually.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase and provide:

Date of purchase

Reason for your request

If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

4. Misuse

Refunds will not be issued for:
