We're Bethny and Nicole and we run mdLEARNING, she's our baby and a labour of love. We're not like any other tutoring service. Your child is not a number to us. We know all our students and their parents personally and we're proud of each and every student we work with.

We have over 30 years of experience in Science and Education between us. We are extremely passionate about helping young people to reach their fullest potential. Importantly, we are not naïve to the challenges this involves - we have 6 boys between us so we've been there!

All our services are run either by us personally or by hand-picked colleagues that we have met in previous roles in schools (Nicole has spent 10 years in Senior Leadership in Secondary Schools, including Assistant and Deputy Headteacher positions as well as Head of numerous Science Faculties) or University. Both Beth and Nicole have PhDs in Molecular Life Sciences and Beth has completed a post doctoral research position and works as a Research Development Manager responsible for supporting high value research proposal across health and life sciences.
